Dstv does not deliver as promised

I had an amazing experience at the Multichoice branch in N1 City, that centre is well run and promises a great client experience!! Even the Consultant was great! Wonderfull! Dstv gets a client upgrade and I’m promised an installation the next day! Its now 24 hrs later and i have not been contacted by installers, the tracking app is no help and i cant have installers contact details! I called the call centre with no resolution! So the great experience turns sour since im no better off when i spent valuable my time in store trying to resolve an issue! Just don’t promise if you cant deliver!
