DStv does not deliver!

We have been waiting for our new DSTV Explora Ultra decoder and nobody has contacted us regarding when this will be delivered or if this service will be actioned?

The consultant promised us a Black Friday ‘locked in’ rate of R849 for the premium package.

After numerous attempts we are continuously being told that the ‘price lock / contracts’ team will get back to us, all we have received is radio silence!

The service we have received from your contact center has been dismal, unprofessional and downright pathetic.

We are now considering alternatives to DStv as for the monthly amounts they are asking for, this service really isn’t worth it.
