Dstv does not care

I am paying more for Dstv than I pay for 5 streaming services combined. All of their programs have subtitles. Dstv is not capable to support subtitles. Watching a program live, the subtitles lag behind of what is actually being said. As a hearing impaired person, I rely on subtitles. Besides that, Dstv Stream does not have subtitles at all. It is time that they upgrade their systems. They charge enough for them. It is not surprising at all that they were bought out, considering they don't care about their subscribers.
