Dstv (does not) Care

Have you ever tried to speak to a human being at Dstv Insurance? You will have more luck finding a chicken with a full set of teeth than actually manage to receive any asisstance from Dstv Insurance. Their so-called easy ways of contacting them is non-existent. They bombard you with useless information while you wait to speak to a human. To crown it all, after listening to this useless information, they inform you that you will have to wait another 100 minutes as all their consultants are busy. Is that not a sign that the so-called easy online method does not work? Their Whats-App bot does not have a clue and punts all their insurance products. How I long to speak to a human in this tech age. I will endeavour to never have to do business with them. Sad, really sad.
