DSTV does not care at all about us
In April I complained about A reward voucher that I received from DSTV months ago. I did everything to get assistance and nothing worked. DSTV made contact with me in April indicating that they would put me in touch with the company that had issued the voucher on their behalf. The company phones countless times from an 021 number and promises to do something. Nothing gets done. Needless to say. DSTV never made contact to check whether I received the voucher. ****, ****, ****.
