DSTV does not Care

3 times you call in to assist and both tome they cannot assist even when you airtime runs out they dont care, they ignore you by not calling back. Even with the customer care email, they apparently make an appointment to call you, then they say they do but they dont and when I answer there is no response from the other person, Two months paying for a service they providing that I cannot use
