Unable to deal with anyone to deal with this.

My father who is 89 years old has been a faithful subscriber for many years, before online times. He is no longer in the country & is not mobile. He requested me to cancel this which btw I pay for it all these years & I cannot cancel the debit order in a friendly manner.

I have been trying to get someone to understand the issue, & no one can assist me. They would like my father who is physically cable to contact them to deal with this.

I am glad I cancelled my DSTV many years ago & I certainly recommend all users to do the same. You have many more options without the frustration of Multi Choice

One does not need any of these frustration.
