DSTV DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

It is very disappointing the service we get from DSTV, we are promised feedback will be given but this does not happen. How long it take to resolve a complaint a month and more. We pay high subs and if you miss payment we are disconnected but they do not provide service to customers. You have managers like Phelani who lies and nothing is been done. He works in customer service environment but does not provide service to customers professionally.
