Dstv dissapointments every time.

Terrible Service received from DSTV as deductions was made from our account which was not part of the contract. The consultants were *********** to help. And unprofessional. For a week now we struggle to be refunded without any reason. After i was told we would be refunded for there were a problem with the system on their side. And a week later i got informed that apparently my bank reversed the additional costs. Then when i phoned again i was told a total other story once again. So again im still waiting for the refund and any correspondance from dstv. A very dissapointed client. Afc parker and j parker.
