Dstv Disney plus subscription broken

Added a Disney+ package to DStv account, after a few months the apps say Subscribe Now to watch. Disney plus said DStv is not sending my payments through to them even though I am paying for the subscription. Dstv unlinked and relinked my Disney plus , followed all instructions but still not working. They said they will raise it with the tech Dept and didn't get a ref number or anything. Sort this out DStv surely I'm not the only one having this issue.
