DStv Disney Plus Subscription activated and charged without consent
DStv Disney Plus Subscription has been automatically activated on my account since 16 September 2023 without my knowledge, with my billing only being affected in January 2024, as the prior months were discounted. This is unacceptable, as I had to waste time cancelling this subscription, as I only picked it up on my account today 02 January 2024. What authority does Multichoice have to do this, with no communication or consent whatsoever!!!
