DSTV dishonorable and make promises they do not keep

I was advised that the fees were going up on 1st April and suggested I look at ways of saving on subscriptions. I checked on 24th March, picked "2 year contract at R839pm" and sent SMS "Save" to DSTV, who responded "they will phone back within 72 hours", but never did. On the 24th March I paid DSTV R839 for April 2023. DSTV never phoned back, so I visited their office who could not help me, but offered to escalate problem to DSTV Help. On 4 April Ntabiseng phoned and asked for proof of DSTV's promise to phone me, which I sent immediately. She could not help me, as the offer had now expired (no expiry date on advert). She escalated problem to Nobunto. Same story - offer has now expired but escalated to Mariette who phoned on the 7 April - same story, but the offer is still available according to the DSTV website. What protection do I have under the Consumer Protection act. Nobody can help me. *****ulent advertising as being available as from 1stApril, but then cancelled on 1st April ? No honor in DSTV at all.
