DSTV dishonest and unfair

Since 8 may only feedback communicated to me is that feedback will be communicated. Nothing else.
So now STOP sending me emails to reconnect again as I will NEVER subscribe again after being treated like this with empty promises that you will investigate and feedback because you plainly lie. Months long.... And two weeks subscription ****** not because of me but because of a technical fault of yours.
I can't trust DSTV anymore.
