Dstv dishonest about their new package

Dstv new packages are a total lie, it is just another smart marketing move that lures you into the excitement of a new packages and that you can choose what you want to watch but really isn't, the app does not allow you to change your packages amd when you call the contact center they will tell you nothing has really changed. So my question is what is all the hype when you don't offer what you advertise?
