Dstv disgusting to client

I have Dstv Internet and have been struggling to get it loaded, at first I was told there were technical difficulties, after a week I get told it hasn't been loaded, at this point I'm very frustrated. I ask to speak to supervisor / manager to escalate the issue, as clearly someone is confused, then I get told no one is available, they all out.... Like how. I ask to get connected with the internet department to speak to them to get issue resolved, I get told there isn't a direct connection to them. I just have to be patient, there's nothing that can be done. I feel like is such poor service and very disrespectful.
