DSTV DISGUSTING SERVICE

Absolutley the worst custier service I have ever experienced. I called to link extra view they tell me I must check in 2 hours it will be linked 2 hours + later still no service spent 20+ minutes on the phone). I call back 3 hours later still no service they reset and check they tell me 24 to 48 hours been escalated to Technical. I check my primary decoder ooopps NO Service (20 + minutes on the phone). I call again spend Now 59 minutes on the phone to be told I need to go into a "Walk in Center" to have my decoders linked...really in these days....your service is bad DSTV.
