DSTV disgusting service

Tried to switch on my decoder, holiday home, 1st call said I should wait 15 minutes for it to come on. 30 minutes later I phoned again to ask them again to switch it on. 1.32 min later (DSTV PE) still holding and nothing happening I asked my husband to call on his phone to DSTV JOBURG it took 4 minutes to switch on! 1 hour 32 minutes what kind of service is this ? And then she has the cheek to ask if I want internet service ??? DSTV cannot even offer the primary service.
