DSTV -- Disgraceful Service Terrible Vision

The worst service I have ever experienced in six decades!!! DSTV added R400 to my monthly debit order of R530 in April out of the blue, with no explanation and without me changing anything on my account. Seven phone calls later, failed promises, dud phone numbers supp****, and general rudeness and disinterest in addressing the problem have not moved one inch towards solving the problem. My own time hanging on the line must run into hours. Now I have emailed DSTV ("because you can't phone us with this problem!"), and if this matter is not sorted, I will take legal action. I wish there was a negative rating -- I would give them minus 10. The irony is that of all the calls I made, not one was returned. Now I am wondering how much money DSTV is skimming off the public without them even knowing. Shocking!
