A simple exercise to downgrade to a smaller package has turned into a nightmare of phone calls, payments, more phone calls, more phone calls and ultimately a "Manager" having the audacity to tell me that his agents are correct and I "misunderstood" (without first listening to the transcripts). I did NOT MISUNDERSTAND DSTV. Your communication. and retention tactics are disgusting and reprehensible. And your Customer Service team need some serious training (plus by the way your BOT is a JOKE). GOOD BYE DSTV and I will do my best to make sure many friends and connections leave you too!
