Multichoice is the worst ever to do business with. I have been trying for more than one month every day to get" Pricelock" from them. They say that their system do not take "double-barrel" surnames for debit orders! This is insane. Thousands of South Africans have surnames like "Van der Merwe, Van der Westhuizen, Van der Walt etc. Do you want to tell me that non of these people have a pricelock account with Dstv? I have spoken to at least twenty people of Dstv and no one seem to be able to assist me. What a useless company this is! When I app**** to become a customer of Dstv their system took my double-barrel surname and I pay by debit order. This must be ************** against white South Africans with double-barrel surnames
