Dstv Discount giving me a headache !!

I have an acxount with Dstv. On 19 Feb i got a email that gives me a 20% disc for 3 months on the premium package . I phoned them on 28Feb and they acxording to them said i must pay R647 per month. I then made a payment of R850 and this includes the Pvr ****ion amount. Since 28 Feb i phone them every week because they switch off my Pvr ****ions every damn week . They say everytime that the discount is not through and that they will escalate it to the next dept but it never happens . They also do not want me to speak to a superior nore give me any contact number or email adress for anyone higher up to help me . Im so frustrated i feel like cancelling my whole Dstv!!!!!
