DSTV DISCONNECTIONS DEPARTMENT.

Good Day.

I have contacted DSTV to disconnect my service at the end of December 2018. This was not done as instructed. Called DSTV 3 times to inform them of the service and request a refund on my account. I was told a lady will contact me in 2-48 hours, up till now no one has contacted me. Disgusting service from DSTV. Please look into this urgently. Thank you
