DSTV disconnection

I just got to my horror my DSTV has been disconnected coz am supposedly paid it R20 less at the end of September 2019, the dish has been on the entire time till today (22. 10.19) these people did not bothet to even send me an SMS to indicate that i paid them R20 less or even send a message via the TV itself, nothing! Somebody pls take away this monopoly! We getting really tired of this appalling service!
