DSTV disconnected for third time in one month

I uselessly pay my Multichoice account on the 25th of each month out of my Nedbank account without any problems.<br> <br> On the 26th of March I received a sms from Multichoice that state the following : DSTV: Your account is overdue & will be suspended. Pay R319 today. Use ***4 as referende when paying. Dail *120*68584 for where to pay.<br> <br> I asked my daughter the same day (26th of March) to pay my account for me. She went on her ABSA bank cellphone banking to make payment. At the beneficiary she selected Multichoice ***. We used my customer nr ***4 for the reference. A few days after payment my services was supended. I phoned Multichoice and was informed that they wasn't able to pick up my payment. After I send a copy of my daughters bank statement through as proof of payment they reconnect my service on the 1st of April. By the 6th of April my services was suspended again.<br> <br> I send the proof of payments through again and was reconnected. This morning 12th April my services was suspended again (3rd). This is now totally unexceptionable. According to them I must pay for services from 1st till 5th of April. My services was suspended for more than 5 days this month.
