DSTV disconnected

DSTV was disconnected by 6th of July because the subscription was delayed through internet transfer though I have paid on 1th of July (R320). When I tried to reconnect 6th of September and found I have a bill of R427 though DSTV never reconnected since 6th of July. I have tried to write emails and made six calls. some of assistants asked me to wait and then music on forever. I have used DSTV for many years and really disappointed of this case.by the way, my six calls cost lots of money, I don't want make useless call again. I hope they give me feedback as soon as possible. thanks.
