DSTV.... disatisfaction guaranteed ..service non existent ...time wasted... vomit worthy

I cannot even begin to express the poor level of service we receive from the Dstv call centres. Despite us paying premium subscriptions there systems are on permanent go slow and never wor****! Furthermore no one takes accountability or even phones you back. I have beung trying to connect my holdiay home since 7 am this morning . I have just made my third attempt with no success and each call takes forty minutes or more before you are told there is notging anyone can do to help you ! The sooner i can get my holiday home linked to wifi and live streaming (anything but dstv).. the happier I'll be. DSTV dont be arrogant .. Telkom thought they had a captured market..well guess what ! - the moment the opportunity becam available peiple moved to data and voip lines.. woohoo no more telkom and trust us when we say it wont be long and guess what..no more dstv... we'll be choosing who we want to do business with... i for one am going to explore my wifi options and i will celebrate the moment i can say goodbye to dstv and multichoice fir good!
