total and complete disaster i won a free upgrade in November 2021 the upgrade was finally given to me on 15th January 2022 and that is when my problems started as i was immediately billed for the free upgrade .for 1 week i have spent 5 hours a day on there chat site trying to get it sorted out , i have been told everything from they are not charging me for the free upgrade to that i manually requested an upgrade . i show them screen shot after screen shot of my daily conversations with there replies and every day today included the reply the matter has been upgraded and they will revert back to me > they never get back to you so tomorrow the process all over start all over again i have shown them screen shots of my account where it can be clearly seen i am being charged for there so called free upgrade and i have explained that i pay monthly by eft and if i do this it will take a much higher amount than i normally pay. i have chatted to numerous people online all of which ask me the same questions over and over again there service and messenger system is a total joke and i will be cancelling my subscription
