DStv disappoints...again!!

Even one star is too much.we have a debit order,,bit does not go off every month Today after our services got disconnected,,again,because of debit order not going off,,I phoned the call centre,,consultant was helpful,,said he'd arrange for debit order to go off,,and be reconnected today still...I made the call at 15:04... Waited till just after 16:00,sent DStv a message regarding the reconnection ..only to be told it can only be arranged until 15:00!!!! Now,,I must make a manual payment if I want my services reconnected!!!! So,,it's a reconnection fee,,extra banking fees ant time and petrol because of THEIR error?!? I would honestly NEVER EVER again recommend DStv not even to my enemies!!
