DSTV Disappoints Again
Bad service!!! I have been experiencing an issue with my explora decoder. It has been connected to the internet but now I just get a notification saying "Please check your connectivity..." when I called customer center the lady by the name of Nokukhanya said I must hold while she was chit chatting unaware the she did not put me on hold, I held the phone for over 20 minutes and than she just hung up. I am really disappointed by the service they provide. This was definitely my last time paying for my subscription.
