Dstv disappoints

I think your new channel formats are ******* . You are basically using your monopoly in this industry to do as you please . Packages have been changed without consulting customers , if so prove it! Packages should not be scaled down for your benefit it should rather be increased for the customers. Some packages are blatantly excluded when it was part of a specific package for years. I am just waiting to be contractually over from Dstv it's not worth it anymore . You should rather close soon you will cancel all channels and just offer customers the SABC channels.
