Dstv disappointment.

I have the family package on DSTV and paying monthly. In October 2019, I canceled the Showmax that was part of the package. For some or other reason, Showmax was NEVER cancelled and each month I have to struggle after my payment is made, every time there is a story that it has not been canceled. And the best of all, DSTV is charging me a reconnection fee. How the Hell Multichoice, how long must I still struggle??
