DSTV disappointing service

I paid on the 26th January the quoted amount and my dstv was reconnected and now today I was disconnected and they claim that there was a system glitch I need to pay R349 if i want to be reconnected, Dstv is the pits please don't bother to subscribe you will always have suprise payments which you have to pay immediately in order to continue watching while they claim that you only have to pay once a months for your viewing .
