DSTV Disappointed
I was informed by a consultant earlier in 2023 about a lower monthly premium. In December, DSTV blocked my services, claiming that I was in arrears and did not qualify for the lower premiums. Before they reconnected my services, I had to repay the discount that was offered to me, even though I did not request it. I find this situation unacceptable, and as a result, I have decided to cancel the service."
