DStv designed their Rewards program to work only on an app

DStv designed their Rewards program to work only on an app. My mum is in her 70's, does not own a smartphone and does not know how to operate one yet gave DStv decades of support. This is quite disrespectful, discriminatory, and shows a lack of gratitude on the part of DStv to their customers, especially the senior folk.
