Dstv delicious promotion

Saying that I am disappointed with the service I was provised(or lack thereof) is an understatement. I purchased a dstv decoder in August with my partner at a Makro store in Johannesburg. Upon our entry into the store we were met by a lady who informed us of the promotion. She mentioned that we would get two free tickets to the dstv delicious event in October if we purchased the decoder. We gave her our contact details and were on our way with our new decoder. A few weeks later we were contacted by a gentleman by the name of Alfreda Webb. Alfreda asked us for an address to post the tickets to. We provided him with those details and have yet to receive the tickets. We then asked him for an update or estimation of when we would receive the tickets, he said the week of the event. I called him on ********** 725 earlier in the week. I got through to a female consultant who took down my details and said that Alfreda will be in touch. I tried calling again on Thursday and there was no answer. The lady told me that to her knowledge the tickets had to be collected and not posted. Alfreda has stopped responding to our emails, and day before the event, we are without tickets. It is a disappointment to receive such poor levels of service from a company as large as dstv. Using an event to increase sales and not following through on the promise amounts to a breach of contract.
