DSTV Delicious festival winning tickets
On Friday 30/05 I was told by Ponatshego to fetch my winning tickets from Multichoice between 08h30 and 16h30 on 01/06/2015.<br> I arrived at Multichoice, 142 Bram Fischer this afternoon, and asked for Ponatshego at reception.<br> The lady at reception called her to advise of my arrival, and I was then told to wait. I waited for 15 mins and then approached the another lady at reception as the initial receptionist had taken a break. The receptionist once again called Ponatshego. I was then told that I should wait, and Ponatshego was aware I was waiting and she was busy sorting out forms. I was then again subjected to a 25 minute wait. When she arrived, all she said was that she was sorry, but she was busy printing the forms. I cannot understand how it takes 40 mins to print a form. I was very unhappy with such a long waiting period, and a bad excuse as well.
It is with regret that we learn of your unpleasant experience in dealing with our MultiChoice agent and the level of service you experienced in this regard.
Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers. In fact, our focus is to provide great experience to our customers in all your dealings with us.
Your concern has been escalated to the relevant manager to be addressed.
