DSTV defaults on Price Lock fixed monthly charge

I have listed my complaints before about the way DSTV has changed the monthly Price Lock debit order despite my contract at a fixed charge. Repeated requests to resolve this has met with nonsensical, *****ic replies in poor English. As a pensioner with limited means, I cannot afford to take legal action. I am surely not alone, as there was an article in Saturday Star some months ago about hundreds of subscribers in the same boat. Can we not institute a class action law suit against DSTV? At least fellow subscribers, don't rent any Box Office (****) movies so at least cut off this revenue stream.
