DSTV deducting incorrectly from my bank

Last week I was deducted almost 5x the amount I was supposed to be deducted and no one at DSTV knows why. I called 4 different consultants and all 4 promised to escalate the matter. Just now I was put on hold for over 20 mins listening to your music and no one wanting to give me feedback and no manager wanting to take my call because I couldn’t take “I’m not sure” anymore. Can someone plz let me knw why DSTV is deducting as they wish from my bank account and when exactly someone will get back to me regarding the reversal of over R2000 that is due to me. And also, cancel my debit order coz Dec I was also double deducted for no reason n I let it slide now this is too much. I will not change banks coz i am running from you - i do not think what DSTV is doing is legal. You honestly don't even deserve the 1 star, supposed to be 0 stars
