Dstv decorder

I bought a dstv decorder on the 26th of April 2021 at Pretoria Mabopane Square OK furniture and they told me they are out of stock till today, I even went extra mile and visited OK furnitures around Pretoria and they giving me the same story so I want to know whats the delay or should I go and claim a refund because it's been long.
