Dstv in general has its frustrations but Dstv commercial is the worst, multichoice over charges the South African market but they don't have a program to recycle old decoders. As a business we have a mountain of decoders that sit because they are not guaranteed, and every time it has an issue you must buy a new one. Multichoice, please reconsider your decor recycling system because we have to pay R500 at least for decors that are ****ty

These HD decoders are rebooting non-stop and it's frustrating my clients and my subscription is up to date. The decoders are not even 5 months old. The call centre is not helpful either
