DSTV decoder promises is a lie!!!!!

We had 3 weeks back a problem with decoder and dstv reprogram the decoder and did not exchange it ...Then karabo from head office call us after posting on hello peter ...they came to exchange ouur decoder 1 week back ...brand new in a box ...and today this "brand new decoder " did the same as the one we had ...its only a red light and not working!!! We told dstv this specific decoder give problems ,but they assured us this new one ,same model will work ???? Now we sit again with the same problem..We really try to believe Dstv this time ,but they send us for sure not a new one !! We are highly upset !!! Its time to leave dstv after 30 years because this nonsense for 878.00 a month is unacceptable ..,We did not miss one payment ,but must deal with such ******* ....,This is now enough
