Why am I seeing a decoder payment plan on my credit profile, it's affecting my credit and I didn't even sign any payment plan with them.

You currently are seeing the plan on your profile because you currently have an ultra contract plan(with extra view) that you have had since 5 months ago, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
