No one has advise what seems to be the problem an why we are experiencing this on our decoder.. The services is bad not to alert their clients of th situation an we keep on calling no positive feedback or results bad bad bad services from Dstv.. It's best we close it an use a router to watch TV this is bad like a Horror Movie shame </p>
