DStv Decoder Insurance - waste of time

I have mailed Multichouce DCC on numerous occasions to cancel my Decoder Insurance, no feedback no correspondence I try call the number ***. no longer exisit. I call customer service they say call DStv Decoder Insurance. I want this cancelled today other wise i will cancel my entre subscription.
