DSTV decoder insurance claim taking too long

I logged an insurance claim for my faulty decoder on 28.01.2026, with reference number ***. I was promised that a installer will come on site and replace the faulty unit. It is now 8 days later and there is no sign of a technician. Perhaps we are disciminated against because we reside in the rural areas of Umzimkhulu?.
