DSTV Debt Collectors - TCR

In Dec 2019 I activated my DSTV for a SPECIFIED PERIOD only via the DStv call centre. I paid the requested amount via EFT. Some months later DStv's "authorized debt collectors" TCR started phoning me. In the beginning they refused to divulge any further details UNLESS I SUPP**** MY ID NUMBER 1st!!! Later on the calls increased - subsequently I receive a minimum of TWO attempted calls or SMS's per day. I've queried DStv about this HOWEVER my enquiry Ref No: ***7; initiated on 24 March is STILL NOT RESOLVED and it is now one month later.

My interactions [via livechat] with Glacia, Refilwe, Itumeleng and Kgomotso were fruitless. Ironically DStv request a customer satisfaction rating / comment at the end of each livechat. One wonders why.
