DSTV debitting my dead fathers fees on my bank account without my permission DSTV Ref ***

DSTV has been debiting my deceased fathers account fees on my bank account number without my permission and when i try to cancel that debit order they asked me for his death certificate which i sent immediately , Im Struggling to cancel my dead father's account and they are sending me from pillar to post. DSTV just want to *******ly take our money and not provide any solution. all i want is to be debitted for my account and my account only, and to cancel his account, nothing else. how the hell did DSTV put my bank account in another person's dstv account. this is theft, no wonder why people are leaving dstv completely.
