DSTV debits the incorrect subscription amount

DSTV pricelock is debiting me double the subscription for the past 3 months. Every time I call customer care they need me to explain the entire issue over and over again. They promise to call me back with an update, yet no callback is received. I have called them multiple times over multiple months to resolve, yet so resolution in sight.
