DSTV DEBITS MY MONEY YET SERVICES ARE DISCONNECTED

My DSTV services were unfairly disconnected. I was told in Sept that a debit order reversal for July took place. I called in to the call centre and spoke to Boitumelo, she requested that I send her the bank statements as proof that there was no reversal from my side, I did that and they reconnected my services. Days later, it was the same story, spoke to Mapule Kekana, she asked for my bank statement again and I sent it to her, my services were working fine thereafter. Days later (for the 3rd time now), the same thing happens and when I call in, another lady also asks me for my bank statement of which I refuse because I cannot repeat the same thing numerous times! All this time, the people said they have forwarded the proof to the Finance team yet my services still get disconnected. I have been paying cause the debit order hasnt stopped but I still cant view any channels! On my Transunion profile will be listed as having missed a payment in July due to Multichoice negligence!! i feel like swearing at someone right now! I want Multichoice to fix my frikken issue and repay me the money for the days I have not been able to view channels! Im sick and tired
