DSTV debits my account WITHOUT consent

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding unauthorized debits from my account for DSTV customer number ***9 since March 2024. I have noticed several transactions that were made without my consent, which has caused significant inconvenience and concern. I have taken this up with customer care agents on the Live Chat option. According to one of the agents, my account was reconnected on 27 February 2024. I haven't used DSTV for a couple of years now. Also we have been living in Australia for almost a year and a half. I did not give permission to reconnect my DSTV account, definitely did not give consent to debit my account. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of the unauthorized debits: ACB CREDIT: EXTERNAL M- CHOICE ***7 AUG R1049 ***7 JUL R849 ***7 JUN R849 ***7 MAY R1049 ***9 APR R1049 ***7 MAR R749 Total R5624 deducted without my consent - I want my money back

I have sent direct messages on X and Instagram to the DSTV page and to date no one has responded to me. I have been in contact with DSTV on Live Chat and they cancelled the account, but no answer yet on my refund

Why does these debit values vary??? I trust that this issue will be resolved promptly.

I just sent emails to a few addresses and put read receipts on. FreshdeskAdmin<***> and *****<*****@multichoice.co.za> just deleted the emails without reading it. Hence the reason why I came to Hellopeter.

My email address is *** to contact me on this matter

Hi, thank you for the prompt response and resolution of this matter. I hope my case was an isolated one and have not affected many other unsuspecting 'victims'.

Kind regards.
